NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Tuesday summoned a man and his wife on a petition by his parents accusing the two of subjecting them to mental harassment to grab their two-storey flat at Shalimar Bagh in North Delhi.
Justice S.N. Dhingra also rejected a plea by counsel for the respondents that they would not be able to be present in the Court in person as they were on a pilgrimage to perform puja at Shirdi.
Justice Dhingra, asked the respondents, Vimal Khanna and his wife Simmi, to appear before the Court on September 26 to respond to charges by parents Kishan Chand Khanna and Prem Lata.
