Brigade Enterprises files prospectus

BANGALORE: Brigade Enterprises Ltd., a Bangalore-based real estate developer, has filed its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India to enter the capital market. The company proposes to issue 16.62 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price to be decided by the 100 per cent book building process. — Special Correspondent
