‘Register FIR’

New Delhi: A court here has ordered registration of FIR against directors of a private investment firm after police failed to take action against it on allegations that it was duping people on false promise of huge returns.

Metropolitan Magistrate A. K. Chaturvedi said that the complaint showed commission of cognisable offence by the firm and its directors and asked Saraswati Vihar police station SHO to investigate into the allegations made by Nahar Singh and his son Sanjay Kumar.
