Swamy: deploy Coast Guard

CHENNAI: Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy has requested Union Defence Minister A.K. Antony to deploy the Coast Guard to protect the Ramar Sethu.

In a letter submitted to Mr. Antony at a meeting in New Delhi on Tuesday, Dr. Swamy urged protection to the Ramar Sethu against any possible damage from ‘miscreants’ such as the LTTE.
