Technical symposium held in college

Tiruchi: The Department of Computer Science and Applications of Bishop Heber College here conducted a one-day technical symposium ‘Bootfete 2k7’ on Wednesday.

The Director (Technical) National Informatics Centre, Passport Office, Tiruchi R. Sivakumar underscored on imbibing professionalism among students.

The College Principal M. Marcus Diepen Boominathan highlighted the job potential for computer science students.

E. George Dharma Prakash Raj, Head, Department of Computer Science spoke. Students from various colleges participated, a release here said.
