HYDERABAD: The House panel of Assembly to study illegal occupation of Christian properties has recommended to the State Government to enact a law to prohibit alienation, sale, gift or lease of properties belonging to Christian Missionaries and educational institutions. The prohibition should be made applicable except by provisions of the Act and sanction of a competent authority, a release said after Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy reviewed issues in the proposed Christian Minorities Properties Protection Bill.
