JNU student wins Olympiad

NEW DELHI: Kunwar Kant, an M.Phil student at Jawaharlal Nehru University here, has won the All-India Russian Language Olympiad.

The winner was announced at the Russian Centre of Science and Culture here. The topic of his prize-winning essay was “My favourite Russian writer”. He will now proceed to the final competition in Moscow in November which will include winners from across the globe.
