NEW DELHI: Nitish Katara murder case prime accused Vikas Yadav on Thursday moved the Delhi High Court seeking a direction to the trial court to give him more time to examine his remaining witnesses in the case.
Taking his petition on record, Justice P.K. Bhasin said he would take up the matter for consideration on Friday.In the petition, Vikas submitted that he had submitted a list of 23 witnesses to the trial court but only half of them had been examined so far.
He submitted that one of his key witnesses was the estranged wife of Ajay Katara who was yet to be examined. Ajay Katara is a prosecution witness in the case.
