GUNTUR: District Collector Mohammad Ali Rafath on Thursday said that site documentation for 52,000 houses, out of the targeted 1.02 lakh houses to be constructed under Indiramma phase-2 was completed.
Speaking at a review meeting here, he said that the site documentation for the remaining houses would be completed during Indiramma ‘sambaralu’. Housing Minister B. Satyanarayana said that possession certificates would be given to the eligible beneficiaries. Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy told during a video conference that payment from the beneficiaries of Indiramma phase-1 would be taken up from the weekly celebrations beginning from September 24. The house warming ceremonies of the houses constructed under Indiramma would begin from October 2 and asked the district officials to prepare a fresh list of beneficiaries for the Indiramma phase-3.
