Woman dies as bees attack her at Hebbur

TUMKUR: A woman died after being stung by bees at Hebbur, near here, on Thursday. The police said that Chickamma (60) was working in her fields when a beehive in the vicinity was disturbed. A swarm of bees attacked her and Chickamma could not avoid it. She was stung by the bees all over.

The police said she was alone and could not escape from the attack by the bees. The police said she died of pain.
