Dinesh nets twice

NEW DELHI: Dinesh Kumar scored two goals as Delhi Cantonment defeated Rohini Club 3-0 in the league match of the Delhi Soccer Association’s ‘A’ Division super league championship at the Nehru Stadium here on Friday.

Dinesh struck in the 14th and 24th minute and in between Jitender Kumar (19th) scored one as Delhi Cantonment collected full points. In another match, Royal Rangers beat Royal FC 4-2. Lawrence (11th) Athirt (24th), Pawan (62nd) and Tsering Dundup (69th) were the scorers for the winner. Ugochukuu Kingslay (24th and 55th) scored a brace for Royal FC. — Principal Correspondent
