Directives of NCPCR

a) Children to be informed through campaigns that they have a right to speak against corporal punishment

b) Every schooland other institutions meant for children must have a forum where children can express their views.

c) A box where children can drop their complaints, even if anonymous has to be provided in each school.

d) Monthly meetings of school authorities to act on these complaints and suggestions of children.

e) Education department at all levels have to establish procedures to review responses to the complaints of children and monitor action taken.
