Good response to ‘AB Utsav’

Kakinada: The response for the Andhra Bank mega festival-‘AB Utsav’ which commenced on August 13 and concluded on Monday has been tremendous and more than expected, according to Y. Prasad Bank Zonal deputy general manager. He said the insurance linked savings accounts achieved were 10261 as against the target of 5,000, thus registering 205 per cent growth.

Similarly the Kiddy bank accounts opened were 5,500 as against the target of 3,000, which accounts for 183 per cent growth. Regarding term deposits also, he said, as against 5,000 targeted accounts; the achievement was 9,700 accounts.
