Youth Congress office-bearers for district appointed

A meeting of the YCC will be held at Ananda Gajapathi Auditorium


VIZIANAGARAM: District Youth Congress president I. Raghu Raju has constituted a 28-member committee.

He released the list at a press conference on Tuesday.

He appointed Gurana Ayyalu, son of DCC general secrertary Gurana Sadhu Rao, as general secretary and G. Ramu as treasurer. Following were appointed as vice-presidents: M. Srinivasa Rao, B. Prabhakar Rao, V. Srinivasa Rao, R. Suresh, K. Malleswara Rao and R. Jagannadha Reddy. Besides, secretaries, joint secretaries, organising secretaries and executive members were appointed. Mr. Raghu Raju said that 40,000 youths would be enrolled as members shortly. Booth committees in every mandal would be constituted and strengthened, he said and added that a meeting of the Youth Congress Committee would be held at Ananda Gajapathi Auditorium on September 29.

In-charge DCC president Rongali Pothanna was present.
