HYDERABAD: Veteran press photographer G. Srinivasulu (76), who retired as Photo Editor of Indian Express in the 90s, died here on Sunday night following a massive heart attack.
He suffered the heart attack while watching the final of the Twenty20 cricket tournament played between India-Pakistan on television and was declared dead after being taken to a corporate hospital in Banjara Hills.
The body was immediately shifted to his native place in Chittoor district.
He is survived by two sons and three daughters.
Condoled
The Indian Journalists’ Union, Andhra Pradesh Union of Working Journalists, the Andhra Pradesh Press Photographers’ Association and Press Academy of Andhra Pradesh on Monday condoled Srinivasulu’s death.
