125 teachers to get awards on October 5

HYDERABAD: The Director of School Education on Monday announced a list of 125 teachers who will be presented the meritorious teachers/teacher educators for 2007 on October 5. The function will be held at Ravindra Bharati. According to an official release, each awardee will receive a gold-coated silver medal, a shawl, Rs.1,000 and a merit certificate. The awardees include 77 State teachers. –Special Correspondent
