VISAKHAPATNAM: South Zone ‘B’ defeated Central Zone B by 34 runs in a league match of the ACA inter-zone under-19 tournament for the N. Venkata Rao Trophy (one-day) at the Vizzy Stadium, Vizianagaram, on Tuesday.
The other match, between South Zone A and Central Zone A, could not be held due to wet out field at the MR College stadium.
Each team got one point.
The teams will play the league matches of P. Narasimha Raju Trophy on Wednesday.
