Poll arrangements

Chitradurga: The district administration has made elaborate arrangements for smooth conduct of local body elections on Friday. Of the 1,10,294 voters, 55,800 are male and 54,494 female. In Chitradurga city, the administration has set up 114 booths for elections to 35 wards. Thirty-eight booths have been categorised as sensitive, 47 hyper-sensitive and 29 general. — Staff Correspondent
