They should enjoy every bit of it: Tendulkar

Mumbai: Though invited by the BCCI for the felicitation function of the ICC Twenty20 winning Indian team, Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid and Sourav Ganguly and many other current India cricketers preferred to let Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s team enjoy together every moment of their success.

It’s understood that Dravid told the BCCI that Dhoni’s team deserves all the accolades and they should relish all celebrations together.

Tendulkar told The Hindu that the team should enjoy every bit of it and that he will be meeting the players at Bangalore.

“I had informed the BCCI that I will not be able to make it. I have been practising at the Bandra-Kurla Complex for a week now. It’s been raining. I have been practising with rubber ball on mud.

There’s no way out. The victorious Indian team should enjoy the celebrations every bit of it.” — Special Correspondent
