NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Wednesday sought a reply from the Sports Authority of India and the Central Public Works Department on a petition by the Delhi High Court Bar Association challenging the Centre’s proposal to build a multi-level underground parking facility for the Commonwealth Games-2010 inside the National Stadium here near India Gate.A Division Bench comprising Justice M.K. Sharma and Justice Sanjiv Khanna directed the respondents to file reply by October 24, the next date of hearing.
