Neel Metal plans to tap market

CHENNAI: Neel Metal Products, an integrated steel processing and automotive products manufacturer, has filed its draft red herring prospectus with SEBI to enter the capital market with its offer of 5.25 million equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price to be decided through book building. The company’s manufacturing facilities are located at Gurgaon, Haridwar and Pantnagar. — Corporate Reporter
