TIRUPATI: Telugu Desam Party’s Palamaner (SC) MLA Lalithakumari trying to touch the feet of the local Circle Inspector seeking his intervention to save her from continued humiliation at the hands of local Congressmen has created ripples in the district political as well as bureaucratic set-up. The photo of the MLA bending to touch the feet of the CI at the ‘Indiramma sambaralu’ programme in her constituency in section of press has also made the district TDP leaders raise a revolt against what they called the ‘Congressisation’ of Indiramma and ‘marginalisation’ of TDP legislators and its other elected representatives in the programmes.
