‘Eligible persons for pension left out during the first phase will be included in the list’
ADILABAD: Roads and Buildings Minister and district in charge T. Jeevan Reddy on Thursday inaugurated a Rs. 37 lakh worth overhead water reservoir at Boath mandal head quarters besides opening a new hostel building.
Adilabad Member of Parliament sanctioned Rs. 3 lakhs for construction of toilets for girls at the junior college at Boath while on a visit to the place as part of the Indiramma Sambaralu programme.
Purchase centre
The Minister assured the local people that those persons who were eligible for pensions but were left out during the first phase selection of beneficiaries of Indiramma programme will be included in the list soon.
He informed the villagers that the Cotton Corporation of India will open a purchase centre at Boath this season and about the sanction of a dairy unit for the mandal.
Boath MLA Soyam Bapu Rao and Nirmal MLA A. Indrakaram Reddy were also present.
The Minister visited Pochera waterfall before proceeding to Neredigonda.
