Jammu: Two persons, Tejinder Singh and Rinku, were arrested on Friday for allegedly selling cement belonging to the Public Works Department here, officials sources said. Acting on a tip off, police today raided a house in Sainik colony area and recovered a truck loaded with 175 bags of cement, they said. The cement bags were allotted to a contractor by the PWD for construction of a government building.
