Rs.1.75 crore for dyke repair

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The government has sanctioned Rs.1.75 crore for the repair of dykes damaged in the natural calamities during June and July in three districts, Revenue Minister K. P. Rajendran said here on Friday.

The allocations were Rs.70.77 lakh for Alappuzha, Rs.50.06 lakh for Kotayam and Rs.54.7 lakh for Palakkad district. — Special Correspondent
