TDB decision on appointments

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A meeting of the Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB) here on Friday decided to appoint the kin of those who died while in service to the vacancies in temples and the board offices. The recruitment will be made from the dying-in-harness list prepared by the board on the basis of their educational qualification. Students who passed out of the Kshetra Kala Peedom in Vaikkom and Attingal will be posted in various temples under the board. TDB president C.K. Guptan presided. Members P. Narayanan and P.K. Sumathikutty attended. — Special Correspondent
