Bangalore: B.B. Modgil, General Manager of Rail Wheel Factory, inaugurated an “Integrated Counselling and Testing Centre” at Rail Wheel Factory Hospital, Yelahanka, on Friday. The centre aims to create awareness, improve knowledge and understanding about AIDS infection and STD, routes of transmission and methods of prevention. It will offer voluntary HIV counselling and testing for individuals, a press release said. — Staff Reporter
