Consumer awareness programme

BANGALORE: Jaivik Krishik Society and Lalbagh Walkers’ Association, Bangalore, have organised a consumer awareness programme on ‘Organic food for health’ on Sunday, at Horticulture Information Centre, Lalbagh.

Experts from Jaivik Krishik Society will speak on harmful effects on chemical residues in food and organic farming and environment.

The programme will be held from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m., said a press note. — Special Correspondent.
