Floodwater receding

BHUBANESWAR: When water started receding in flood-hit Balasore and Bhadrak districts, clamour for relief and rehabiliation grew louder on Friday. People obstructed national highway in Balasore district demanding relief. As on date, 1114 villages in Balasore district were still marooned by flood water taking the affected population to 17,23,000.
