For quick justice: Karnataka High Court judge V. Gopal Gowda inaugurating the permanent Lok Adalat in Belgaum on Saturday. Belgaum: Karnataka High Court judge V. Gopal Gowda has emphasised the need for speedy disposal of cases. Speaking at a function organised to inaugurate a permanent Lok Adalat here on Saturday, he said that advocates could play a significant role in speedy clearance of cases. Judges Sridhar Rao and Manjula Chellur, District Sessions Judge Arun Choudapurkar and Belgaum Bar Association president S.S. Kivadsannavar were present.
