Army recruitment rally from Oct. 3

Anantapur: Unemployed youth in the district who have good physical abilities, mental strength and the zeal to serve the nation have a golden opportunity to be absorbed into the country’s armed forces at the Army recruitment rally to be held here from Oct. 3 to 9 at Neelam Sanjeeva Reddy stadium.The youth from Kadapa, Chittoor, Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam and Nellore districts also have an equal opportunity to get into the Indian Army during the recruitment rally. Zonal recruitment office of Chennai and Regional recruitment office of Guntur would conduct the selections. District Collector N. Sridhar cautioned the youth to be wary of middlemen and brokers as selection was purely based on merit.
