21 injured in accident

VILLUPURAM: Twenty-one persons, including nine women, were injured when a transport corporation bus and a private bus collided at Kallakurichi early on Friday.

Four of them have been admitted to Kallakurichi Government Hospital.

The transport corporation bus was on its way from Chennai to Salem and the private bus, from Athur to Melmaruvathur.
