Forest officials rescue deer

METTUR: A team of forest officials and residents rescued a deer, which strayed into human habitations and fell into a well accidentally in the Kumbarapatti village near Kolathur on Saturday.

Forest sources said the deer strayed into the village in search of water . The animal was let into the forests later.
