Protest plan

The Periyar Dravidar Kazhagam has planned

a tumbler breaking

protest in front of some

tea stalls here on October 2 to condemn the

two-tumbler system practised against downtrodden sections.

A press release from the organisation said on Sunday that tumblers would be broken in

front of tea stalls at Narsipuram and Jagirnaickenpalayam under the Thondamuthur Panchayat Union.
