Elocution contest

Kakinada: S. Satish Kumar, Kumari Priya and K. Lakshmi bagged the first, second and third prizes in the elocution contest on “Mahatma Gandhi’s services to the nation” conducted at the PVR Trust Degree College here on Tuesday on the occasion of the International Day of Non-Violence.

Pydah Sriram college secretary distributed prizes. College principal C.B. Raju, NSS unit officers -- Peruri Suribabu and Sattiraju -- and district NSS officer Krishna Rao attended the programme.
