BHOPAL: The State Election Commission has issued the schedule to prepare the electoral rolls for conducting by-elections for different panchayats and local bodies in Madhya Pradesh in November and December this year. November 23 has been fixed as the deadline for the final publication of the voters’ list. The preliminary voters’ list would be published on October 15 and objections would be allowed till November 6, according to a State Election Commission spokesman.
