New Delhi: In recognition of the successful branding of destination India, the high profile campaign ‘Incredible India’ of the Ministry of Tourism has bagged the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Grand Award for Marketing.
“Excellent visuals and print material combine in a creative way to highlight the many little known reasons to visit India,” the jury said during the award ceremony held in Bali on Monday . India also bagged two PATA Gold Awards for Cultural Tourism (Aranmula) and Marketing Brochure (Kumarakom) awarded to Kerala Tourism. S. Banerjee, Secretary, Ministry of Tourism, said, “PATA’s recognition of our efforts is a great honour and encourages the Indian tourism industry to promote India as a destination for all seasons.” — PTI
