Meetings held

TIRUVARUR: Grama sabha meetings were held at all the 430 village panchayats in Tiruvarur district on Tuesday.

Tiruvarur Collector M. Chandrasekar participated in the gama sabha meeting at Thappalampuliyur in Tiruvarur panchayat union.

He stressed the importance of total sanitation in villages. He later inspected the works taken up under Anaithu Anna Marumalarchi scheme in the village.
