HYDERABAD: Students of the Nasr School for Girls and Sarvodaya International Trust put together an impressive programme in memory of Mahatma Gandhi in the form of skits and inter-house displays chronicling his life.
The exhibition on different themes apart, the skits by Ruby House and the Topaz House were the centre of the audience’s attention. The latter won the prize for being the best, enacting a story based on the need for non-violence. School principal Madhubala Kapoor said the five houses had put up exhibitions on themes including ‘Early life of Gandhi’, ‘His contribution to national movement’, ‘political vision’ and ‘moral vision’.
The exhibition will be open to the public on Wednesday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
