CHANDIGARH: Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda will lay the foundation stone of Yojana Bhawan in Sector 4 of Panchkula near here on Friday. Announcing this on Wednesday, Finance and Planning Minister Birender Singh said the offices of the Economical and Statistical Organisation and the State Planning Board had been functioning in scattered buildings since long. With the construction of the Yojana Bhawan, these offices would be housed there, he added. The new building is likely to be completed in less than two years.
