Naidu on two-day visit to Anantapur from today

TDP president will take part in road shows as part of ‘palle palleku desam’ programme


ANANTAPUR: President of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and leader of the Opposition N. Chandrababu Naidu will arrive in Anantapur district on Thursday on a two-day visit to participate in ‘palle palleku desam’ programme. He will meet people in road shows to be held on the two days.

According to the district leaders of the party Mr. Naidu would arrive in Valasa village of Amarapuram mandal in private helicopter from Bangalore on Thursday morning. He would participate in a road show from Valasa to Madakasira via Hemavathi and Gudibanda villages and would address a public meeting in the constituency headquarters.

He would again set off on a road show from Madakasira to Hindupur via Kallumarri, Parigi and Kodigenahalli and would make night halt in Hindupur. He would meet the party leaders of Hindupur Parliamentary constituency in the night.

On Friday, the TDP president would again participate in road shows at Penukonda, Dharmavaram and Anantapur. He would also conduct meeting with the party leaders here before leaving for Gooty. He would participate in a road show at Gooty and would take a train to Hyderabad in the night.
