Electrician falls to death

BANGALORE: A 32-year-old electrician was killed after he fell from the fourth floor of SBI Quarters in Goripalya in K.P. Agrahara police station limits on Wednesday.

Shankar, the victim, slipped when he was climbing down to third floor to rescue a two-year-old child trapped in a room.

Shankar who tried to enter the house from the rear door fell when a nylon wire he used snapped. He was rushed to a hospital where he died. The child was rescued later.
