Plea to State on NH-9 expansion

Sangareddy: Medak Collector B. Venkatesam will be seeking the State’s intervention in speeding up expansion work on NH-9 between Madinaguda in Rangareddy and Sangareddy cross roads.

The administration is concerned about the tardy pace in which the work has been going for three months.

The district administration will ask the government to advise the contractor of the Progressive Construction Limited to complete the work as per the agreement or to pay the penalty.

The work on the highway was supposed to be completed by December.
