NEW DELHI: Vijit Nautiyal’s five for 38 helped St. Mark’s School (Meera Bagh) beat Kamal Model School by 67 runs in a first round match of the Boost Cup under-17 schools cricket tournament here on Thursday.
The scores: St. Marks School (Meera Bagh) 211 in 39 overs (Avesh Sharma 45, Ankur Powar 45, Ashish Kumar 42, Mohit Dogra three for 30) bt Kamal Model School 144 in 33.4 overs (Nikhil Sharma 52, Sahil Khan 33, Vijit Nautiyal five for 38, Ankur Powar three for 28).
Muni International School 136 for six in 35 overs (Mohit Sharma 48, Praveen Lakda 37, Vinayak Lal four for 29) bt Salwan Public School 95 in 31 overs (Aditya Kaushik 43, Jitender Singh four for 15).
