Two die in Palace on Wheels mishap

NEW DELHI: Two of the five crew members of the Palace on Wheels train who had sustained serious burns when a boiler tube of the train burst at Delhi Cantonment on Wednesday evening succumbed to their injuries at Safdarjung Hospital.

According to a Northern Railway release on Thursday, Richhpal Singh and Raghubir Singh have died, whereas Om Prakash is admitted to Safdarjung Hospital. The other two injured, Hari Chand and Mukesh Kumar Meena, have been shifted to Northern Railway Central Hospital.
