Thiruvananthapuram
Thiruvananthapuram: The All-India Management Association, an apex body of professional managers engaged in promoting excellence in management, in association with the Trivandrum Management Association, will hold a programme ‘Shaping young minds’ here from October 13. The initiative is aimed at giving the management movement in the country a new dimension by involving the younger generation in its activities. The programme, 14th in the series, seeks to help young people find the common ground between managing self, choosing their career and finding the right work environment. Eminent persons such as M.S. Valiathan, K. Nandakumar, Sreenivasan K. Swamy and Adoor Gopalakrishnan will interact with the students at the programme, to be held at Sree Mulam Club. The format of the programme is to have a speaker as well as a panel of eight pre-selected students on the dais. Each guest will speak for 30 minutes and this will be followed by a question-answer session lasting 45 minutes.
