Education loans

DAVANGERE: The Lead Bank in the district has organised an education loan campaign here tomorrow at the BIET campus and over 18 major banks, including all the nationalised banks, are taking part in it. Parents and students have been requested to make use of the opportunity to avail themselves of financial assistance for education purpose. The banks would sanction loans on the spot to parents who would submit all the required documents by the banks. Parents could register their names if they do not have documents and could submit the documents at the banks later. The campaign will begin from 10.30 a.m. at the open air theatre of the BIET campus. — Staff Correspondent
