Kaushik, Shahrukhan shine

CHENNAI: Spinners Kaushik U. Ram (four for 42) and Shahrukhan (four for 25) helped City dismiss Combined Districts for 213 on day two of the under-13 three-day cricket match here at the ICL-Gurunanak ground on Friday.

U. Vishal and N. Jagadeesan scored half-centuries for Combined Districts.

The scores: Combined Districts 213 in 165.5 overs (S. Harish Babu 44, U. Vishal 50, N. Jagadeesan 52, Prasanna Venkatesan 32, Kaushik U. Ram four for 42, Shahrukhan four for 25) vs. City 49 for one in 31 overs.
