Couple commits suicide at Nandigor village

BERHAMPUR: Rama Sahu (27) and his wife Narmada Sahu (22) of Nandigor village under Aska police station in Ganjam district committed suicide. Rama used to sell silver anklets at Aska to earn his livelihood. Narmada committed suicide by hanging herself at home on Friday afternoon. During the same time Rama also consumed poison at Aska. He was found in serious condition near Aska bus stand. Later he died at the Aska hospital.

Poverty and marital tussle are suspected to be the reason behind the suicide of the couple.
