Camp on track

BANGALORE: The cue sports camp for the Asian Indoor Games, now in progress at the Karnataka State Billiards Association here, is on track and chief coach Subash Agarwal is confident that the Indian team would bring in more medals at the Games to be held from October 26 in Macau.

“We are having a very fruitful and hard training session here and I am happy to note that all players are in good nick and looking forward for a good outing at Macau and we are confident of improving our medals tally this time,” Agarwal said.

Geet Sethi said he was looking to win a maiden individual medal at Macau.

The probables: Geeth Sethi, Pankaj Advani (billiards); Alok Kumar, Yasin Merchant, Manasa Chandra (snooker).
